These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all programmes, services, and digital products provided by AI in Agencies (“we”, “us”, “our”), available via https://aiinagencies.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any AI in Agencies programme (“Programme”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Who these Terms apply to

These Programmes are designed for business owners, agency founders, and team leaders. By enrolling, you confirm that:

You have the authority to purchase on behalf of your business (if applicable)

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement


2. Programmes covered

These Terms apply to all AI in Agencies offers, including but not limited to:

The AI Sprint

The AI Integration Programme

Any future programmes, cohorts, or implementations delivered under the AI in Agencies brand

Programme details (duration, format, access) are described on the Website or sales page at the time of purchase.


3. Programme delivery

Programmes may include live sessions, recordings, workshops, templates, frameworks, documentation, and supporting materials (“Programme Materials”).

We reserve the right to update or improve Programme content to reflect best practice, changes in AI tools, or delivery improvements.

Access to Programme Materials is provided for the period stated at purchase. Ongoing access is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.


4. Fees & payment

All fees are payable in full (or via an agreed payment plan) at the point of purchase.

Access to the Programme is granted only once payment has been successfully received.

Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to the Programme.


5. No refunds policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds are available once access to the Programme has been granted

This applies regardless of attendance, completion, or level of participation

Minimum participant numbers

If a Programme does not reach the minimum number of participants required to run effectively, we reserve the right to:

Propose a future programme date instead of the original start date

In this situation, fees paid will be transferred to the rescheduled Programme. Refunds will not be issued.


6. Intellectual property

All Programme Materials are the intellectual property of AI in Agencies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials internally within your own business.

You may not:

Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute Programme Materials

Use the materials to create competing products or services

Share login access or recordings outside your organisation


7. Confidentiality

Programme Materials, methods, frameworks, and internal discussions are confidential.

You agree not to disclose or share confidential information with third parties without prior written permission, except where required by law.


8. AI use & responsibility disclaimer

Our Programmes provide guidance on implementing and using AI tools within your business. You acknowledge that:

AI tools and capabilities evolve rapidly and may change at any time

We do not guarantee specific financial, operational, or performance outcomes

You remain fully responsible for:

How AI outputs are used

Any decisions made using AI tools

Compliance with client, legal, regulatory, and data protection obligations

AI in Agencies provides strategy and frameworks — implementation and results remain your responsibility.


9. Conduct & participation

You agree to participate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.


10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AI in Agencies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

We are not responsible for business decisions, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of Programme Materials

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Programme.


11. Privacy & data

Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to this processing.


12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.


13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our Website. Continued participation in any Programme constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
